Hey - just to let you know that as part of a vidcast thing a few of my friends make, we (well, I) recorded and made a video to go with EDTA - it's on Youtube, in the middle of
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7F03H74pFk (starting at about 13 minutes in) - hope you don't mind. I credited you, if that's okay?

Hi Aimee, thank you so much for making this website, you helped me immensely with my revision for both A level Chemistry and my degree in Forensic Science (the chemistry aspect) so far. I will,
indeed, never forget what EDTA stands for again.
Thank you :)
Aimee -- glad to see the site up again. I've been following it since beginning my undergrad in Physical Science (with a Biochemistry specialization) in 2004.
'SN2' has helped me immensely in Organic Chem, and 'EDTA' had me laughing all the way through Analytical Chemistry I. (most of my lab-mates knew the lyrics by the end of the semester!) I shared your
songs with the Chemistry Club at my university and they were a hit!
Thanks so much for bringing laughs to what can sometimes be a stressful subject to study!

Aimee,
Thank you so much for your site...I have bookmarked it and come back to it so many times over the past 5 years, starting at gcse and slowly ticking off the songs as i understood them!
the only thing i regret, possibly, is that, when introduced to edta, i could indeed say 'i know that molecule'...but then, when asked what it is, could only explain in terms of lyrics.
thanks!

Aimee, I've been visiting this site since I discovered it during a panicked revision session for 1st year chemistry (I had to take it as part of my zoology degree and it was always my stumbling
block!) - and I still love it. I never listen to Roy Wood and Wizzard at this time of year without thinking of you!
I first found this website when I was about 14 years old, suffering through highschool Chemistry, and it was on Geocities (your website, I mean, not my Chemistry. My Chemistry was in space.) I
laughed my head off, and it was grand, even if I didn't understand half the references.
Anyway, 8 years later I've just graduated and in a fit of nostalgia, I decided to go back through my old files and bookmarks (holy moly! I still have THAT? NO), and I found this place once
again!
So I'm gonna say, while I'm here: You are Awesome. :3 Thanks for providing me with, er, 8 years (or so? I can't count) of hilarity whenever I remember it. Plus all the wild and wicked stories of
"crazy chemistry songs on internetzz" that I got to tell my friends.
